Privacy policy

OwnRadius LLC ("OwnRadius," "we," "us") provides software that helps home service businesses measure and improve the leads they get from Google Maps, AI search, Local Services Ads and Google Ads. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, business name, trade, city or ZIP code and approximate ad spend when you join the waitlist or create an account.
- Account and billing information: when paid plans open, payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Data from accounts you connect: if you choose to connect your Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, call tracking or job management software, we access the data those services make available to us under the permissions you grant, such as profile details, reviews, performance metrics, ad performance, leads and booked jobs.
- Public search data: search rankings, map results and AI search answers for the keywords and area you choose.
- Usage data: basic information about how you use our site and app, such as pages visited and the device and browser used.
How we use information
- To provide the service: your Radius Score, lead reports, recommendations and the changes you approve.
- To contact you about your account, your founding-member spot and product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- To improve the service, including building anonymized, combined benchmarks (for example, average job values by trade). Benchmarks never identify you or your customers.
- To keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use data from your connected accounts to advertise to you or anyone else.
Google user data
OwnRadius's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide and improve the features you use in OwnRadius. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and people at OwnRadius read it only with your permission, for security, to comply with the law, or when you ask us to help with your account.
Your customers' information
When you connect job management or call tracking software, it may include your own customers' names, phone numbers and addresses. We use that information only to match leads to booked jobs for your reports, store contact details in a protected form, and delete it when your account closes (after a short grace period). You remain responsible for having the right to share that information with us.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run OwnRadius (such as hosting, database, email, text messaging, payments and AI processing), under contracts that limit their use of it; when required by law; or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Security and retention
We encrypt connection credentials, limit who can access data, and keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal requirements. You can disconnect any connected account at any time, which stops further access.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to leave the waitlist, by emailing privacy@ownradius.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor them.
Children
OwnRadius is a business service and is not directed to anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and let account holders know by email.
