These terms apply to the OwnRadius website, waitlist and early-access program run by OwnRadius LLC ("OwnRadius," "we," "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

The waitlist and founding-member offer

• Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to buy anything.
• Founding-member pricing ($79 per month for the Visibility plan) is offered to the first 20 eligible businesses we accept, and stays at that price for as long as the subscription remains active without a break. If you cancel and later return, current pricing applies.
• We decide who is eligible and when spots open. We'll tell you before anything is charged, and paid plans will have their own subscription terms that you accept at checkout.

Early-access software

Early-access features are still being built. They may change, have errors or be unavailable at times. Estimates in OwnRadius (such as the value of a ranking change or a job value benchmark) are estimates based on the data available, not promises of results.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and only connect accounts you are authorized to connect.
• Follow the rules of the platforms you use, including Google's policies for Business Profiles, reviews and ads.
• Don't misuse the service, try to break it, or use it to send spam.

What we won't do

We will never create fake engagement (fake searches, clicks, direction requests or reviews) on your behalf, and we will never change your ad accounts or publish anything publicly without your approval, except where you have turned on automatic changes for specific low-risk actions.

Intellectual property

OwnRadius owns the service, the site and its content. You own your business data and the content you create. You give us permission to use your data to run the service for you and, in anonymized and combined form that doesn't identify you, to build benchmarks.

Disclaimers and limits

The site and early-access service are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, OwnRadius is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the waitlist or early access is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
